A restaurant website that fills tables.

Reservations direct to you instead of EUR 1.50 per guest to OpenTable. Menu you update yourself when the season changes. AI concierge answering guest questions in German, English, Spanish and French. Built locally on Mallorca.

Live demo

This is what your restaurant website could look like.

Meet S'Olivar, our showcase for fine-dining web design on Mallorca. Atmosphere hero, multilingual menu, Clara as AI concierge on Claude, Schema.org restaurant markup, AI-ready for ChatGPT and Perplexity. Click in, opens in a new tab.

What we build

A restaurant is not a pizzeria — and not a hotel either.

Sit-down restaurants live on reservation business, not take-away. Guests pick their reservation often days ahead, check atmosphere and menu online beforehand, and book direct when the website convinces. We build the website on that reality: atmosphere hero instead of logo-only, reservation CTA prominent and sticky, menu as a curated story with allergen filter instead of PDF, trilingual DE/EN/ES (often also FR on the north coast), Schema.org restaurant plus menu markup so Google Maps and ChatGPT know your menu plus hours plus reviews.

Three levers

COMMISSION-FREE

Own reservation widget instead of EUR 1.50 per guest to OpenTable

OpenTable charges EUR 1.50 per placed guest from their own network. TheFork reservations are commission-free when the widget runs on your own site. We embed the direct channel cleanly — TheFork visibility for new customers stays, your regulars book through your site and cost you no commission anymore.

QUANDOO EXIT 2026

Quandoo closes by September 2026 — you'll migrate anyway

Over 16,000 restaurants face the same switch. If you're thinking about a new website anyway, this is the moment to do both at once. We migrate your reservation history and set up the new widget before Quandoo goes offline. Two weeks of work now beats September panic.

MENU CONCIERGE

The bot answers guests in four languages, even at night

French tourist asks at 11 pm whether you have vegan main courses. Bot answers in French immediately. Regular asks whether the tasting menu can be adapted for allergens — bot knows your current menu and answers directly. You're in service or at home and don't need to pick up the phone. Only group requests and special wishes get handed to you.

How we work

Four phases, clear handovers.

Each phase has a clear output and you opt out if it doesn't fit. If you're still on Quandoo, we plan the reservation switch in phase 2.

01

1. Menu and atmosphere

We get your current menu, your best photos, your story. If you don't have good photos, we'll organise the photographer. Menu becomes an interactive web menu with allergen filter, vegetarian tags, tasting menu block and wine section separately.

02

2. Reservation flow

Own widget direct on the site (TheFork, Resmio or comparable). If you're still on Quandoo, we migrate the data and set up the new provider. Optional WhatsApp bot for pre-qualifying group requests and allergy questions.

03

3. Visibility

Google Business Profile brought up to date plus Schema.org restaurant plus menu markup. Maps pulls your menu and hours directly. Plus llms.txt so ChatGPT and Perplexity name you when someone asks — good restaurants Palma, vegan options Mallorca, tasting menu Soller, fine dining Andratx.

04

4. Review loop

Automatic review reminder after each visit — short WhatsApp or SMS with direct link to Google or Tripadvisor. Timing 2-4 hours after reservation end. GDPR-compliant, opt-out safe. Monthly review count grows measurably.

What the website does for you

Concrete scenarios.

Sunday evening reservation

Paris couple asks at 10 pm whether a table for two next Friday at 8:30 pm is free. Reservation widget shows available slots, couple books in 30 seconds via your own system. You get the confirmation email with all details, can ask about special requests via WhatsApp.

Menu change at season start

In May you switch to summer menu. Three pasta dishes out, five new dishes in, wine list updated. You change that in the backend in five minutes yourself. Website shows the new menu immediately, the bot knows it from the next call, Schema.org reports the change to Google. No printer, no agency.

Menu concierge on a vegan question

German tourist asks before reserving whether there are vegan main courses. Bot answers in German with two concrete dishes plus note on seasonal availability. Plus sommelier recommendation. Tourist books straight after.

ChatGPT recommends you for 'fine dining Palma'

Traveller plans a Mallorca weekend and asks ChatGPT for good fine-dining restaurants in Palma. Our Schema.org markup plus llms.txt makes sure your restaurant with address, highlights and tasting menu appears in the answer. Plus direct link to your reservation page.

Review reminder after the visit

Two hours after reservation end the bot sends a short message — in the language of the reservation. 'Glad you were here. A quick review on Google helps us a lot.' With link to the review page directly. Restaurants running this active see monthly review count grow measurably.

Multilingual menu without double maintenance

You maintain the menu once in Spanish. Website shows DE, EN and optionally FR automatically — not machine-translated rubbish but our gastronomy-specific translation with correct vocabulary. Pulpo a la Gallega stays Pulpo a la Gallega, not Octopus Galician Style.
