Four branches, sorted by what the system is

Not by product name, but by what the system does and where it runs. Most setups start in one branch and grow from there. Which one fits you we clarify in the intro call.

Local AI systems

A machine in your office or at home that runs your AI system. Your documents stay in the building, the hardware is yours, and you pay nothing per question. The model on it is smaller than the big ones in the cloud. For a lot of work that is plenty, and that is the whole point of this branch.

Vision & multimodal systems

Systems that see and hear. And that understand what is going on, instead of just reporting motion. A live view of events, a searchable archive, reading receipts and forms, capturing what is on screen. Runs locally by preference, because camera footage should not leave the building.

Agent systems

AI that gets work done on its own: researches, checks, writes, and speaks up when something looks off. That covers fixed workflows which run the same way every time, as well as agents that decide for themselves what step to take next.

Cloud systems

Here your system works with the strongest models currently available: Claude, Codex, Gemini. They do not run at your place, they are called in per use. So you are not renting metal, you are renting thinking. And if you would rather run your own model on your own machine, you get a GPU server in Germany.

Four steps, from talk to running system

    Intro call

    30 minutes by video or in Palma. We check where your business stands today, what tools are already running and where the biggest lever is. Free, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Setup proposal

    Which branch is your case in: local with you, seeing and hearing, acting on its own, or with a strong model from the cloud? We give a concrete offer with prices, timeline and scope.

  3. 03

    Build and test

    We configure by hand, test with real data, show you the build weekly. You have access at any time. Three to six weeks depending on scope.

  4. 04

    Handover and support

    Onboarding for you and your team, then the system runs. We stay on for updates, extensions and feedback. You don't need your own IT person.

What do you mean concretely by setting up AI systems?

An AI system is not a single tool but an assembly of parts working together: a memory, access to your company knowledge, tools it is allowed to operate, and an interface you talk to it through. We sort that into four branches, by where and how the system works: locally with you, seeing and hearing, acting on its own, or with the strongest models from the cloud.

Do I have to pick one branch?

No, the branches are not mutually exclusive. A local system can evaluate cameras and handle tasks on its own at the same time; and where real thinking power matters, a strong model from the cloud can be brought in. The grouping helps you get started, it is not a box.

Who keeps the data and the code?

You do. We build on open protocols and swappable parts, MCP above all. Your tools, data sources and processes hang off it and stay portable. The model APIs from Anthropic and OpenAI are vendor services bound to their terms. Switching models is therefore not a rebuild, but it does need a new provider adapter, and we write that. Servers, databases, credentials run under your account or on a dedicated Hetzner server in Germany. If you part ways with us, you take everything with you.

What does such a setup cost?

Very varied, depending on branch and scope. With local systems it also depends on the hardware, which stays yours. In the cloud there is no purchase, there is usage instead, meaning what the models cost while running. A full setup lands in the low four-digit range to build. We give a concrete quote after the intro call, nothing is purchased before that.

Do I need IT knowledge?

No. We configure by hand, you use the finished system through the AI clients you already have (ChatGPT, Claude, your chatbot, your mail inbox). We support you during operation.
