Included with every package: the first twelve months of StudioMeyer Care, meaning hosting, security, backups and updates. After that 149 € a month, cancellable monthly.
Foundation and Growth have a fixed package price. Individual projects start at 6,500 €: after the first call we agree the scope together, and you get a binding fixed price for it. No open-ended hourly billing, no surprises. Every project can be paid in twelve monthly instalments at no extra cost if you prefer. Once paid in full, the website is yours, with code, design and content. All figures are final prices, no VAT is added. There is no upper limit on the number of pages, the scope is written into the quote.
Available monthly on top: the connector for your own AI, reports on visibility and competitors, and a memory for returning visitors.

Which package fits you?
Foundation
You need a high-quality presence, and the website should above all inform, build trust and bring in enquiries. It is your calling card, and it has to show up on Google and in AI answers.
Growth
The website should actively bring in new prospects: through content, through several search topics and through clear paths to an enquiry. You want to publish regularly and be found for it.
Individual
The website takes over work in your business: maintaining properties or rooms, taking bookings, selling individual products, exchanging data with CRM and calendar, mapping your own processes.
Why a website costs this with us
The difference is not in the looks, it is in the model. Three ways to solve the same task:

Questions about the price
Why does a website cost 2,500 € and not 500 €?
Because the price covers a complete website, not a template with your logo on it. Individual design, hand-written code, three languages, the technical SEO foundation, readability for AI systems, a chatbot, a monthly report and the first twelve months of operation with hosting, backups, updates and a person you can call. For 500 € you get a template where you do or buy all of that yourself.
Are hosting and maintenance included?
Yes, for the first twelve months. StudioMeyer Care covers hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, monitoring, security and technical updates, bug fixes, smaller changes and a personal contact. After that Care costs 149 € a month and is cancellable monthly.
What happens after the twelve months of Care?
At least one month before the end we tell you in writing that Care continues as a paid service. You can cancel at the end of the twelve months or carry on. There is no minimum term, Care can always be cancelled to the end of the month.
Are twelve monthly instalments a subscription?
No. It is the same purchase price, just spread out, at no extra cost. The instalments run through the quote, not through a subscription. In the end you have paid exactly the package price.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once paid in full, the code, design and content are yours, with instalments that is with the last one. You get the source code as a Git repository and can keep running the site with any provider.
How many pages do I get?
There is no upper limit and no per-page price. We agree the scope together in the first call and put it in writing in the quote. That way you know beforehand what you get, and we know what we are building.
Why does Individual not have a fixed price?
Because the tasks differ too much. A small property catalogue and a platform with bookings, customer accounts and a CRM connection cannot cost the same. Individual projects start at 6,500 €. After the briefing you get a binding fixed price for the agreed scope, with no open-ended hourly billing.
What does something cost that is not in the package?
We discuss it beforehand. You get a separate quote for it before we start. Nothing is added quietly.
Can I upgrade from Foundation to Growth later?
Yes. The website is hand-built and grows with you. Whatever is added, the blog and the broader SEO structure for instance, comes as a separate quote first, so you know the cost before we begin.
What happens if I cancel Care after a year?
The website stays yours and is not switched off. You get the source code as a Git repository and can host it with any provider. After cancellation we keep the site running for another fourteen days so the move is calm, and we keep your website data for six months.
