Restaurants on Mallorca
Restaurant websites with AI that actually does work.
We build restaurants on Mallorca trilingual websites that don't just look good — they answer guest questions, pull reservations from Instagram and WhatsApp into one calendar, and get cited by ChatGPT and Perplexity. Not a template — built for your place. As a live demo we show S'Olivar, a fine-dining showcase in the Serra de Tramuntana with its own AI concierge.
The problem
Three things that cost you time and guests in daily service
Reservations arrive on five channels, and not all of them reach your calendar
Instagram DM, WhatsApp, phone during service, website form, sticky note at the pass. By the end of the night half are double-booked, the other half forgotten. Whoever confirms first gets the table. The rest complain online. TheFork and OpenTable only help so far — many guests message direct and paying a host to sit on the phone is expensive when 40 plates are going out at once.
Guests ask the same questions in German, English and Spanish, around the clock
Opening hours on holidays, allergens in the tasting menu, whether the terrace table by the sea is available in the evening, parking, high-chairs, dog-friendly. Those are the ten standard questions that arrive ten times a day — and the good guest books next door if no one replies in the evening. You don't want your Chef de Rang on the phone either.
ChatGPT doesn't recommend your restaurant because it can't find you
Travellers increasingly ask ChatGPT or Perplexity for the best restaurant in Palma, the best fine dining on the Tramuntana, the best Italian in Santanyí. The AI cites TheFork and TripAdvisor — where you're one line among many. Your own website isn't cited because there is nothing citable: no llms.txt, no Schema.org Restaurant, no structured menu, no real story.
Our approach
A website that actually picks guests up, not just shows pictures
We build you a restaurant website that does three things. It shows your place in real quality (trilingual, with storytelling instead of menu lists, with images that don't look like stock). It answers standard questions automatically (via AI chatbot on website and WhatsApp, knowing your menu and your booking rules). And it is visible to AI searches (Schema.org Restaurant, llms.txt, structured hours, chef profile, menu items). The building blocks behind it aren't a new product — we use the AI tools we already have (InselBot, MallorcaFlow, MenuFlow) and combine what fits your place.
Live demo
S'Olivar — our fine-dining showcase
S'Olivar is our internal demo for the Mallorca gastronomy market. A fictional Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant in the Serra de Tramuntana with its own chef (Toni Serra, fictional), four-course tasting menu, wine cellar and private dining room. Trilingual, with GSAP scroll animations, Lenis smooth scroll and Clara — an AI concierge on Claude Haiku 4.5 that answers allergen, menu and reservation questions in German, English and Spanish. The site shows what we build for a real restaurant in four to six weeks — with your chef, your menu, your brand.

What we build for you
Six building blocks from our existing AI toolkit
We don't invent a new product for your restaurant. We combine the AI tools we already have — each block on its own or as a bundle. Here is what fits the gastronomy world.
Trilingual restaurant website
Storytelling instead of a menu list. Chef portrait, kitchen philosophy, menu as an experience. Images that don't look like stock. DE/EN/ES maintained in parallel; Catalan or French on request.
Web design packages →AI chatbot for guest questions
Knows your menu, allergens, opening hours, booking rules, parking, dog-friendliness. Answers website chat and WhatsApp in four languages. The ten standard questions answered in seconds.
See InselBot →Reservation automation with n8n
One workflow pulls enquiries from Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and website form into a single calendar. Confirmation, reminder the day before, follow-up with review link — all automatic. No more lost leads while service runs.
See MallorcaFlow →Digital menu via QR code
Allergens, seasonal menu, wine list as QR on the table. Updates in seconds without a printer. Multilingual with images per dish. Guests scan, read in their language, order more relaxed.
See MenuFlow →Guest communication automated
Booking confirmation, arrival info, reminder, follow-up with review link. GDPR-compliant, in the guest's language. Works as a single block or as part of the full automation.
See MallorcaStay →AI visibility for Mallorca searches
llms.txt, Schema.org Restaurant + Menu + Chef + Offers, structured hours, review microformats. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google Gemini cite your restaurant rather than TheFork or TripAdvisor. Measurable in Bing Webmaster Tools.

Tell us about your restaurant — we'll say what fits
Tell us how many seats you have, which kitchen you run and who your guests are. In a 30-minute call we'll show you which building blocks make sense for your place and what we'd build concretely. No sales pitch. If you're in Palma we meet at the office. Otherwise it all runs over video.
