Recurring work nobody enjoys
Everything that comes up the same way every week and still costs concentration.

All four branchesAI systems · Agents
A chat window waits for you to ask. An agent works while you do something else: it gathers the information, checks it against several sources, writes up the result and speaks up when something looks off. Some processes should run exactly the same every time, others should decide for themselves. Both belong here.
What they do
Everything here describes kinds of tasks, not finished products. What makes sense for you depends on your day.
Where it pays off
Everything that comes up the same way every week and still costs concentration.
Deadlines, anomalies, processes that quietly stopped. An agent looks regularly more reliably than a person with a full day.
Research that goes beyond the first page of results — several sources, cross-checked, with evidence.
Delivery
What exactly should be taken over, how does it work today, how do you know it went well. Without that, any agent becomes arbitrary.
Which systems may it touch, which access does it need, what may it do without asking. We define that together before anything is built.
We run it on real work and adjust until the output is usable. Not demo data — your cases.
You are shown how to start it, stop it and correct it. We stay on for adjustments.
FAQ
An automation does exactly the same thing every time — reliable and boring, exactly right for processes that should never deviate. An agent decides for itself what step to take next, and so copes with cases nobody thought through in advance. Often the best solution is a mix: a fixed process on the outside, an agent at the point where judgement is needed.
Only as far as you want it to. For every step we define whether it may act alone or has to present first. Anything that goes outside or moves money is held back by default. You can tighten or loosen that at any time.
The difference is tools and memory. A chat window answers from what it currently knows. An agent calls services, pulls data from several sources, keeps intermediate state and works across multiple steps. A research agent that queries several search services in parallel and cross-checks the results turns up material a single chat answer does not deliver.
Yes — that is StudioMeyer Agents: a fixed fleet that keeps an eye on your website, your AI visibility and your industry, and sends you a weekly report. What does not exist yet is self-service purchase of individual agents; we set the package up for you too. Anything beyond that is tailored to your processes.
That depends on how many processes are involved and how many systems have to be connected. We give a concrete quote after the intro call.
Name one recurring job from your day. We'll tell you honestly whether an agent is worth it or whether a simple fixed process is enough.
