About the project

S'Olivar is our production demo build for a fine-dining restaurant in the Serra de Tramuntana. Next.js 16, GSAP, Lenis smooth scroll, Tailwind v4. Clara, our AI concierge on Claude Haiku, answers questions about the menu, allergens, wine pairings and booking options in DE/EN/ES directly in chat. AI-Ready stack with Schema.org Menu, llms.txt and agents.json puts the restaurant front and center in ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity when someone searches for fine dining on Mallorca.
