Email inbox with AI draft
Incoming mail is categorised and prioritised, standard replies come as drafts to approve. Outlook, Gmail or Fastmail. With many mails plus RAG it gets very strong.
WhatsApp bot with company context
Not the classic keyword responder. The bot knows your website, products and FAQ. Escalates to you on complexity. Falls under our RAG sub-discipline.
Document extraction
Invoices, contracts, delivery notes, vehicle registrations. AI reads PDFs and photos and stores data structured. Manual entry disappears. Typical agentic AI use case.
Knowledge base with natural search
Instead of Slack ping-pong: internal questions are answered directly from documents, wiki and meeting notes. With source citation. Classic RAG use case, see sub-page.
CRM with AI summary
Meetings, calls, emails are automatically entered as notes in the CRM. You have the summary after the call, not after two days. Combines agentic AI and CRM bridge.
Monitoring and A/B testing
We measure accuracy, time saved, user satisfaction. If a component doesn't help, out with it. No AI for AI's sake.

Frequently asked

Which LLM models do you use?

We use the latest models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT), depending on the use case. For data-sensitive applications we run local models. We're not tied to one vendor and disclose why we choose how.

What's the difference between RAG, agentic AI and CRM bridge?

RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) gives the LLM context from your documents, for questions like *what's in my FAQ*. Agentic AI gives the LLM tools, for tasks like *book me the appointment*. CRM bridge connects the LLM with your CRM or ERP, for queries like *what did client X buy*. The three paths often combine, that's why they have dedicated sub-pages.

Is this GDPR-ready?

Yes. For cloud AI (Anthropic, OpenAI) there are standard data processing agreements plus EU hosting options. For highly sensitive data we recommend local models on your server or our EU infrastructure. Before each production deployment we do a GDPR mapping.

What if the AI answers wrongly?

It happens. That's why we set guardrails: source citation, confidence scores, fallback to humans under uncertainty. Plus continuous monitoring, we see when something drifts and pull the brake.

Who trains the AI?

We don't retrain, we use RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). Your documents, wiki, meeting notes are fed as knowledge base to the AI model. Advantage: updates need no retraining.

Does this work with my existing tools?

Most business tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Shopify) have APIs or MCP connections. For German specialist tools (DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk) we build custom MCP. See sub-page CRM and ERP connection.

Can I measure ROI?

Yes. We define metrics at project start (time saved per employee, response time, accuracy) and measure monthly. If a module doesn't deliver, we rebuild or drop it. We never recommend a module when the ROI math doesn't add up.

Do you do LLM integration for companies in Mallorca?

Yes. StudioMeyer is based at the Palma co-working space since 2026, Matthias has lived on the island for 15 years. We work with DACH remote clients plus the German-speaking Mallorca community plus Spanish-speaking Mallorca SMBs. Personal client meetings in Palma are possible, video plus email work just as well. Our island portfolio covers hospitality, real estate and watersports schools, web design mandates that we extend with AI chatbots, lead triage and multi-channel setups. Pure LLM integration mandates without a web design portion are equally possible.

Is this BAFA fundable?

Often yes. SMB consulting and integration packages can fall under current BAFA or BMAS funding programmes (e.g. INQA Coaching, varies by federal state and programme year). We check funding eligibility free in the intro call and name the concrete current programmes that could apply to your company. We're not a funding consultant in the legal sense, but we give practical orientation.
