Custom MCP Server

Give AI your tools. Instead of talking about you.

We build a bridge between your business and AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. The AI can then directly use your booking system, customer database or calendar. No more made-up answers, no more copy-paste workarounds.

What you get

Your AI gets its own toolbox

Imagine ChatGPT having access to your calendar, your CRM or your warehouse. That's exactly what we build, but under your rules.

One connection, all AI assistants
Built once, the interface works with Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, Gemini and all upcoming AI assistants. No more plugin tinkering.
Your data stays with you
No cloud pipelines passing customer data to AI providers. The AI comes to you, not the other way round. GDPR-ready by default.
Clear boundaries for AI
You decide what the AI can do: read only or also write, all customers or only specific ones, all appointments or only public ones. We build the rules in.
Plugs into your existing software
We connect to what you already have: Lexware, SevDesk, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Shopify, Notion, Airtable, your database or Excel lists. No new system purchase needed.
Security like a bank login
Authentication, access log for every request, rate limits, instant shutdown on abuse. No DIY, production-quality.
Updates and maintenance included
We keep the connection current when your software or the AI assistants change. You get a monthly report, otherwise you don't need to do anything.

Who this is for

How SMBs use this day to day

Five real situations. From broker to restaurant, everywhere the AI should know your actual data.

Broker with property portfolio

A prospect asks on WhatsApp: 'Do you have fincas under 800k in Sóller with a pool?' The AI reads current inventory and answers with the three matching properties, each with images and price. No more paper lists, always current, even at night.

Medical practice with appointment booking

Patient types into ChatGPT: 'Next appointment with Dr. Schmidt?' The AI checks the practice calendar, offers the next three free slots, patient picks one. Practice confirms manually. Relieves the phone by about 20 percent.

Trade business with quote requests

Customer describes the problem to the AI: 'Heating is humming, here's a photo.' The AI checks your calendar, offers three appointment options and sends the customer a pre-filled quote draft. Owner reviews, approves, done.

Restaurant with online reservations

Guest asks the Instagram chatbot: 'Table for 4 on Friday at 8pm?' The AI reads live from the reservation system and says yes directly or suggests 7:30pm as alternative. Booking confirmation in 2 seconds.

Law firm with case research

Lawyer has an internal AI instance: 'Show all ongoing tenancy cases with hearings in May.' AI accesses case metadata, delivers the list, opens files on request. All on-premise, no internet needed.

How we work

Four steps from call to real AI integration

  1. 01

    Conversation

Which software do you use? Which data should the AI see, which not? Which tasks do you want to hand off? We sort priorities.

  2. 02

    Security review

We do a data protection check: what goes out, what doesn't. You get a document you can discuss with your data protection officer or lawyer before we build.

  3. 03

    Build and test

2 to 4 weeks. We test with your real data in a staging environment, show you live demos with Claude Desktop or ChatGPT. Nothing goes live before you approve.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation for your team, demo setup, monthly usage report. On the monthly plan we handle updates and small adjustments automatically.

FAQ

Frequently asked

What even is an MCP server?

An MCP server is like a translator between your system and AI assistants. Built once, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools can talk to your software through this translation layer directly. No plugins, no copy-paste, no AI making things up.

Which AI assistants work with this?

Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex directly, ChatGPT through a small adapter, Gemini as well. The list grows monthly because MCP is an open standard from Anthropic that all major AI providers are adopting.

What about data protection?

You decide where the connection lives. Option A: on our EU infrastructure with data processing agreement. Option B: on your own server, we just come to install and maintain. Data never leaves the EU.

Does this work with my current software?

Probably yes. We regularly connect to Lexware, SevDesk, DATEV, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Shopify, Woocommerce, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel lists and classical SQL databases. For specialist software we look individually.

What if my system changes?

Monthly plan includes small adjustments. One-off plan: you can rebuild yourself or book us hourly. A connection isn't a fixed piece of art but something that grows with your business.

How secure is this?

Every request is logged, the AI gets its own access (similar to an employee account) that can only do what we've authorised. On abuse you can revoke access in a minute. This is more secure than employees having customer lists on removable hard drives.

Next step

Talk through your options in 30 minutes.

Bring your most important question: which task would you like to hand off to AI if it only knew your data? We look at whether and how that's possible.
