You tell the AI: 'Make me four LinkedIn carousels this week, topics visibility, AI for brokers, a new project, Mallorca tip.' It builds the slides in the right format, in your brand look, with ready captions. You skim, post yourself or let it auto-post.
Client asks for a quote. You say: 'Send Maier a quote for SEO setup, 1,500 euro, delivery in four weeks.' The AI generates the PDF in your layout, includes your terms, mails it out. Same for invoices, plus a Stripe link for instant payment.
Prospect writes on WhatsApp or mail: 'Can we talk next week?' The AI checks your calendar, suggests three slots, blocks the one the client picks, sends the confirmation with a Zoom link. No phone tag. Works with Google Calendar, Outlook and Cal.com.
You need a new header image for the restaurant menu. You say: 'Latte macchiato on wooden table, warm morning light, restaurant atmosphere.' 30 seconds later three variants are there. You pick one, the AI files it into your brand folder. Fixed price per image, you see the cost.
'What did the top three broker sites in Palma add this week?' The AI screenshots, diffs against last week, lists the changes. Or: 'Find me ten boutique hotels on Mallorca that don't have direct online booking yet.' Phone numbers and mail addresses ready in five minutes.
'What came in this month?' The AI pulls the Stripe data and says: 4,230 euro, two recurring clients, three one-off purchases. Invoices open more than 14 days get automatic reminders. Refund needed? You tell it, done.
How we work
Which software do you use? Which data should the AI see, which not? Which tasks do you want to hand off? We sort priorities.
We do a data protection check: what goes out, what doesn't. You get a document you can discuss with your data protection officer or lawyer before we build.
2 to 4 weeks. We test with your real data in a staging environment, show you live demos with Claude Desktop or ChatGPT. Nothing goes live before you approve.
Documentation for your team, demo setup, monthly usage report. On the monthly plan we handle updates and small adjustments automatically.

An MCP server is like a translator between your system and AI assistants. Built once, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools can talk to your software through this translation layer directly. No plugins, no copy-paste, no AI making things up.
Claude Desktop, Cursor and Codex directly, ChatGPT through a small adapter, Gemini as well. The list grows monthly because MCP is an open standard from Anthropic that all major AI providers are adopting.
You decide where the connection lives. Option A: on our EU infrastructure with data processing agreement. Option B: on your own server, we just come to install and maintain. Data never leaves the EU.
Probably yes. We regularly connect to Lexware, SevDesk, DATEV, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Shopify, Woocommerce, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Excel lists and classical SQL databases. For specialist software we look individually.
Monthly plan includes small adjustments. One-off plan: you can rebuild yourself or book us hourly. A connection isn't a fixed piece of art but something that grows with your business.
Every request is logged, the AI gets its own access (similar to an employee account) that can only do what we've authorised. On abuse you can revoke access in a minute. This is more secure than employees having customer lists on removable hard drives.
