Use Cases

How we put AI to work for our customers.

Examples from real practice. From a lean MCP connector for ChatGPT and Claude to a complete AI operating system on its own server. Web design, automation, tourism, real estate, consulting — we build what fits your business.

Instead of talking about what's possible, here are five running examples. Every setup is different because every business is different. What they share: EU hosting, data isolated per customer, own credentials, long-term care.

#01LiveIndustry: Boating licence school Mallorca

Bootsfahrschule Palma Mallorca

andibot · bot.bootsfahrschule-palma-mallorca.com

The boating school has been anchored on Mallorca for years. Anyone who wants a boating licence can now ask directly in ChatGPT or Claude and gets answers from the real course and pricing data.

What it does in daily work

  • Ask about courses, which licence fits me
  • See prices and current dates in the chat
  • Start an enrolment request — the boating school gets back to you directly within 24h
  • Personal data never goes through the AI chat

How it works technically

9 tools (7 discovery, 2 write-tools with OAuth). Knowledge source is the website content of the boating school, ported 1:1 into the MCP server.

Data protection

The MCP server only stores the OAuth-verified end-customer email plus course, preferred period and participant count. Name, date of birth, address, ID and medical fitness never land in the AI chat and never in the database. The enrolment request is mailed to the boating school, the owner gets back to the customer directly and collects the exam data in person — not online, no form in the loop.

#02Coming soonIndustry: Real estate agency Mallorca

Alma Balear Real Estate

almabot

The agency is brand new on the market and focuses on buyers and sellers on Mallorca. The MCP layer for ChatGPT and Claude is in preparation. The property scout brief will then no longer live only on the website, it will also run directly from the chat.

What it does in daily work

  • Start a search brief in the chat, region, type, budget, must-haves
  • Search existing listings without filter-click marathon
  • Build buyer profiles in a clean structure
  • Request a consultation directly in the chat

How it works technically

Public OAuth-MCP with tools for property scout briefings and listing search. Container on European servers, custom branding for Alma Balear, search briefs are handed to the agency in a structured way instead of just as an email body.

Data protection

The end customer verifies once via email and only sees their own search briefs and inquiries. Personal data is masked before going to the AI model. EU hosting, GDPR-compliant, with data processing agreement.

#03LiveIndustry: Copywriting studio Germany

Wolfram

ai-arbeitsplatz

Wolfram tested our memory system for a few weeks and was so pleased that we then built him a complete AI workplace. His own server, a familiar editor window in the browser, Claude as assistant right next to it, his memory connected. Login from anywhere, no install, everything under his own roof.

What it does in daily work

  • Workplace in the browser from anywhere, Mac, iPad or hotel computer. Open the website, type the password, you're in. Claude sits on the right as a chat window and thinks along
  • Word briefings from clients, Excel sheets with target group data, PDF briefings, everything gets read and analysed directly. Word reports with headings, lists and formatting come back out. He can have his inbox read and replies prepared, but sending always stays with him
  • Memory remembers customers, style rules and decisions across weeks and months. On the next job the assistant knows which customer needs which tone, what worked last time, what's off-limits
  • Safety layer in the background. The assistant can't accidentally delete things or overwrite files blindly. Plus a reminder about Wolfram's style rules before every reply, so no AI fluff slips through

How it works technically

Encrypted connection, Anthropic Claude as the assistant. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF read and write directly from the chat. Email connection to his existing inbox. Documentation to look things up sits right on the server, written for non-technical readers.

Data protection

Own server in Germany, EU data. Email and office credentials live exclusively on his server, never travel through our systems. Two access keys from us as an insurance in case one gets compromised, he can remove them himself at any time.

#04LiveIndustry: Website monitoring & SEO

Agent-Flotte

website-agents

On most of our customer sites our AI agents are running in the background by now. Every Monday a report lands in the inbox — visitor numbers, click behaviour, competitor watch. Plus separate agents that check the SEO continuously and tell us where to pull ahead, before the search engine starts to punish.

What it does in daily work

  • Weekly report in the inbox. How many visitors came, from where, what they clicked, where they bounced. No Excel graveyard, written readable with the three things that really stand out
  • Competitor watch in the same run. What similar players around you are doing, which topics pull for them, where they're weak. From there we derive ideas what should go on the customer's site next
  • AI visibility check. Does the customer website get cited in ChatGPT, Claude and Grok, at which questions and alongside which sources. Whoever doesn't show up here drops out of the user's answer entirely
  • SEO runs along permanently. Technical brakes, missing labels, slow images, broken schema markup. When something stands out, we trigger the fix directly, the customer doesn't have to tinker

How it works technically

Every agent is specialised for one task and runs on our servers in Germany. The data comes from Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, the customer's analytics tool and directly from the website. The report is written automatically and delivered as PDF.

Data protection

The data of the customer websites stays inside our system, not with third parties. EU hosting, separate data room per customer, the customer can request a copy of their data or have the account deleted at any time.

#05LiveIndustry: Real estate agency Mallorca

Miguel S. - Consulting Services

ai-operating-system

For our client we set up a complete AI operating system that works like a digital employee in his daily routine. Not a chatbot to play around with, but a system that runs continuously, thinks along, takes notes and remembers everything. Dedicated Hetzner server in Germany, Claude as the central model, the server is his — no US cloud, data stays in Europe, access through his own credentials.

What it does in daily work

  • Memory system remembers conversations, customers, projects, decisions and detail agreements across weeks and months — nothing has to be explained twice
  • Email agent fetches the inbox by itself, reads every new message, sorts and prepares a fitting draft reply
  • The agent never decides about sending — it takes the first eighty percent off the table, the final polish stays with the owner
  • Memory, email and assistant share the same context and play together — not three islands, one system

How it works technically

Hetzner server in Germany running Ubuntu and Docker, Claude Opus 4.7 with its one-million-token context window, PostgreSQL with Prisma as the data layer, our own StudioMeyer memory server for long-term recall, IMAP and SMTP via Brevo for the email agent. The same stack we run for ourselves and our other clients — nothing experimental.

Data protection

Dedicated server in a German data centre, data in the EU, his own credentials. We keep maintaining the system and adjust it whenever new requirements come in — the hand stays on the system also after setup.

What yours could look like.

Whether it's a connector for ChatGPT and Claude, an AI-ready website that gets cited, or a full AI operating system on your own server. We build to match your world — and stay on the system afterwards.
