Automation
Automate the routine. Your team does what matters.
Recurring tasks run in the background: sort emails, draft quotes, follow up on leads, compile reports. No off-the-shelf box, but flows that fit your business and remember your customers.
How it works
Trigger in, action out.
Every flow follows the same simple pattern. The difference sits in the middle: our automation remembers.
Trigger
Email, form, call, schedule
AI with memory
reads, judges, remembers
Action
Reply, entry, report
It remembers
Other workflows start from zero on every run. Ours know your regulars, past cases and decisions once made. Not a ChatGPT wrapper that forgets every time.
It thinks
No rigid if-then chain. The AI reads, judges and decides, with you in the loop where it counts. Routine runs alone, the tricky stuff lands with you.
It runs reliably
Self-hosted, in the EU, with logging and retries on failure. Your flows are yours, no third-party subscription in between, no lock-in.
What we automate
Four areas, one studio.
Most start with one area and build out. Each works on its own.
Inbox & Requests
Read mail, sort it, surface what's urgent, answer the routine. With memory for returning customers.
Quotes & Invoices
Request in, document out. Pull the data, quote or invoice ready to send, straight into the CRM.
Leads & Follow-up
A request triggers the whole chain: CRM, acknowledgement, calendar, follow-up mail. No lead slips through.
Reports & Overview
Numbers from all your tools, compiled and delivered automatically. Every morning you know where you stand.
Under the hood
What we build it with.
You don't need to understand any of this. But if you want to know, here's the honest stack.
- n8n
- The base for your routine flows. Open source, runs on your server or ours in the EU, no vendor lock-in.
- LangGraph
- For flows where the AI thinks along instead of just running steps blindly. Multi-step, with a human in the loop where needed.
- StudioMeyer Memory
- Our own company memory. Your workflows remember customers, cases and decisions, across weeks, instead of starting fresh every run.
- Temporal
- For the really big, long-running flows like payment chains or multi-day processes we can bring in Temporal. The same stack Uber, Netflix and Stripe run on.
How we work
Four steps, not fifty.
- 01
Call
What are your three most annoying repetitive tasks? 30 minutes are enough for a baseline.
- 02
Quote
Fixed price, fixed delivery date, clear list of flows. No hourly rates, no surprises.
- 03
Build and test
Everything runs as a draft first, you see what would happen before it acts on its own. Then we go live step by step.
- 04
Handover
Overview, documentation, monitoring on request. You can be productive from day one and adjust things yourself.
FAQ
Frequently asked
What's the difference to Zapier or Make?
Those run in a provider's cloud and charge per workflow. We build with n8n (open source), self-hosted on your server or ours in the EU. Your workflows are yours, no per-workflow fee, no lock-in.
Is this GDPR-ready?
Yes. Self-hosted in the EU, your data does not leave the EU. For AI integration we use either European models or GDPR contracts with Anthropic and OpenAI.
What do you mean by 'it remembers'?
Most automations are forgetful, every run starts from zero. We connect them to StudioMeyer Memory, a searchable company memory. Your flow knows regulars, past cases and decisions. That's more than the chat memory many tools now have.
Do we have to automate everything at once?
No. Most start with one area, often the inbox or quotes, and build out. In the first call we tell you honestly what's worth it and what isn't.
