MenuFlow — The smart menu

The smart menu for your restaurant.

QR menu in five languages, AI chat that knows your dishes, Telegram table ordering, payment straight from the phone, review booster for Google and TripAdvisor. For restaurants, fincas and beach clubs on Mallorca. We maintain the menu continuously — you cook.

What your guest experiences

Seven things every MenuFlow handles after setup

Each element is tuned to your restaurant. Your menu, your voice, your prices, your team workflow.

QR menu in five languages
One QR code per table, guest scans and sees the menu in their language — German, English, Spanish, French, Italian. No app needed. Translation automatic, but released by you before going live.
Menu import via photo or PDF
Photograph your existing menu or send us the PDF. The AI import recognises dishes, descriptions, prices and categories automatically. What used to be half a day of retyping takes ten minutes.
AI chat that knows your menu
Guest asks directly: what is vegan? Is the paella gluten-free? Which wine pairs with the dorada? The chat answers based on your menu, in the guest's language, without pulling your server out of the kitchen.
Ordering via Telegram at the table
Guest clicks dishes on the menu, confirms the table number, order lands as a Telegram message in your service group with Confirm, Preparing, Ready and Cancel buttons. No tablet, no extra device, runs on the team phone.
Payment straight from the phone
Guest pays via Stripe at the table — with tip selection (0, 5, 10, 15 percent). The money goes straight to your restaurant account, not through us. No waiting for the server, no card-reader dance.
Review booster for Google and TripAdvisor
After payment the guest gets a friendly request for a review, with direct link. On bad experiences the complaint first lands internally with you, before it hits Google. Timing matters, and the payment moment is the best one.
Seasonal menu updates by us
We maintain your menu. Send us new dishes or prices on WhatsApp, we enter them. Including translation into all five languages and photo uploads. You never have an outdated menu in the QR system again.

Who this is for

Three typical restaurant types on Mallorca

Restaurants with an international guest mix. Pure local regulars don't need this. Tourists from three countries in one evening is where the stress is saved.

Finca restaurants and agroturismo

Country cuisine with a view, 40 to 80 seats, the chef cooks himself, the menu changes with the season and the harvest. German and English guests who don't know the Spanish dish names and ask the server ten times per evening what it is. MenuFlow translates once, cleanly, the guest reads directly and orders without asking.

Palma city bistros and tapas bars

High frequency, fast turnover, two table turns per evening. Staff shortage is the permanent state. Self-ordering via QR menu offloads the server, table-side payment shortens the table turn. Perfect above 30 seats and over 50 percent tourist share.

Beach clubs and beachfront restaurants

Volume business, seasonal, four languages at the table simultaneously. Order errors and waiting times translate straight into bad reviews. MenuFlow keeps service questions to a minimum, keeps the menu current through seasonal changes and collects the positive reviews systematically before the guest leaves the beach.

How we work

Four steps to launch

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. We look at your menu, your language mix, your POS system, your team setup. By the end you know if MenuFlow makes sense for your restaurant.

  2. 02

    Digitise and translate the menu

One to two weeks. We import your existing menu from photo or PDF, enter dishes and prices cleanly, generate translations in five languages for your review. Optional: AI-generated food photos if you don't have any yet.

  3. 03

QR codes, Telegram team and Stripe

One week. We print QR codes in your design, set up the Telegram group with your team, connect your Stripe account (money flows straight to you), walk your team through the phone app. First test orders run on paper before the real flow starts.

  4. 04

    Launch and monthly care

The flow goes live. After that ongoing care — we swap seasonal menus for you, add new dishes, monitor reviews, complaints land as an internal ticket with you before they go public. You cook, we keep the digital front current.

Pricing

From €1,800 one-time plus €149 per month

FAQ

Frequently asked

Does the guest need an app?

No. Guest scans the QR code with the normal camera app and lands in the browser on the menu. No install, no login, no background tracking. Older guests without app experience cope just fine. Anyone who still wants a paper menu still gets one.

What about my POS or ordering system?

MenuFlow doesn't replace a POS. Orders land via Telegram with the server, who enters them into the POS as usual. API-capable POS (Square, Agora, Tiller) get direct integration as an extension. For classic cash registers (Toast, Vendus), MenuFlow runs as a chat layer alongside — the server sees orders instantly, enters once, done.

What about tipping and the customer receipt?

Guest picks tip percentage (0, 5, 10, 15 or custom) before paying. Stripe charges total plus tip from the guest and deposits straight to your restaurant account. The guest receives an electronic receipt by email with IVA broken out. Formatted for Spanish bookkeeping including NIF.

Is MenuFlow GDPR-compliant?

Yes. EU hosting, EU data, data processing agreement at setup. Guest data (just table number and order) is deleted after billing. Payment data sees only Stripe, not us, not you. Review emails use only the address the guest provides at payment, opt-in.

What if the restaurant Wi-Fi goes down?

The QR menu runs on the guest's mobile network, the menu loads without restaurant Wi-Fi. The Telegram team needs internet, of course — if it drops, you fall back to paper ordering, the old routine. We print backup paper menus at setup.

How long does a launch take?

Typically three to four weeks. Week one we digitise the menu, week two translations and your release, week three Stripe setup plus test orders with your team, week four launch and observation. If you already have a clean digital menu (Excel, Word, existing restaurant CMS), you're ready sooner.

Next step

Show us your menu. We'll show you the flow live.

Send us a photo of your current menu or a PDF. In a 30-minute call we'll show you on your own menu what MenuFlow would look like — including AI chat, Telegram ordering and payment. No sales pitch, an honest walk-through.
