Escalation path to a human
When it doesn't know something or the guest explicitly wants a human, it hands over to you with a short brief on what has happened.

    Thirty minutes. We look at your operation, typical guest questions, existing booking software. By the end you know if InselBot makes sense.

    Training on your operation

    One to two weeks. We collect your house rules, room info, typical guest questions, Mallorca tips you give yourself. Everything goes into the bot.

  3. 03

    Integration and test

    Set up WhatsApp Business API, add the widget to your website, connect to your booking software. Testing phase with real guest enquiries before going live.

  4. 04

    Launch and operation

    The bot goes live. Then monthly operation — monitoring, bot updates, new questions that come up get added. Dashboard shows what's running.

For up to five units. Included: training on your operation, WhatsApp Business API setup, website widget, connection to your booking software, Mallorca knowledge, hosting and maintenance. Larger boutique hotels or villa portfolios get individual quotes. First pilots on the island get reference pricing.

Frequently asked

Which booking software is connected?

Smoobu, Lodgify, Mews, Cloudbeds as standard integrations. InselBot reads calendar occupancy, writes guest data, fetches check-in codes and captures arrival times. Different system (Apaleo, Guesty, Booking.com Extranet)? We build a custom API bridge. No booking system yet? Start with InselBot and a Google Calendar.

Do I have to maintain the bot myself?

No. We train it once on your operation during setup. After that it updates itself on your inventory automatically. House rule changes, new rooms, new excursion tips, different breakfast times — you change via a simple dashboard or send us a quick email.

Is InselBot GDPR-compliant?

Yes. EU hosting, EU data, data processing agreement at setup. Guest messages are only processed for the chat and not resold. On WhatsApp there's an additional WhatsApp Business rule — we show you at setup how to add this correctly to your privacy policy.

What if the bot gives a wrong answer?

It can happen, and we have safeguards. On uncertainty the bot hands over to you automatically. All conversations are logged — you see in the dashboard what the bot says and can flag bad answers for correction. After a few weeks live the hit rate is typically 85 percent.

What's different from a standard chatbot?

Standard chatbots don't know your property. They don't know where the light switch in the pool house is, which hiking trail starts at Son Moragues, or that your hotel runs a shuttle during Palma Open. InselBot is trained on you and gets better through real guest interactions. Not off-the-shelf — yours.
