How long does setup take?

Depends on scope. What we need to know: your website, the typical customer questions, which integration fits your site (WordPress, embedded snippet, chat link), how deep the memory bridge should go. We discuss all of that in the intro call and give you a realistic estimate with milestones afterwards. We do this with you, you don't have to build anything technical yourself.

Is this GDPR-compliant?

Yes. EU hosting, EU data, data processing agreement at setup. Personal data of visitors is automatically masked before it reaches the model. We provide the texts for your privacy policy so you don't have to assemble compliance yourself.

What if the bot gives a wrong answer?

It can happen at the start, and we have safeguards. On uncertainty the bot hands over to you automatically. All conversations are visible in the dashboard, you see what it says and can flag bad answers for correction. With every flagged answer the bot learns, and the hit rate keeps improving.
