2. Lead flow and multi-language
Lead-qualification bot in DE / EN / ES (optional FR). Calendar sync for viewing appointments (Cal.com or Calendly). WhatsApp integration as primary CTA. Optional Virtual Tour embed (Matterport, Kuula) on every property page. CRM connection if you have one, otherwise simple email routing.
3. Visibility and anti-OTA
Google Business Profile brought up to date plus Schema.org RealEstateListing, Apartment, House plus Place markup per property. Plus llms.txt so ChatGPT and Perplexity name you when someone asks — boutique agent Pollensa, luxury villa Mallorca, holiday rental Tramuntana. 4. Property updates and AI auto-description
