How is this different from an AI workshop?

Workshop is knowledge transfer and team enablement. Potential analysis is audit and ROI math — we look at YOUR business and tell you where AI pays off. You can book a workshop after if you want the team aligned.

Do I need technical background?

No. We translate between business view and tech solution. The analysis works with managing directors who have never seen an API.

What if you don't find any levers?

We tell you honestly. Some companies are already so digital that AI doesn't bring a big lever — or the levers are elsewhere than we expected. In both cases you save money by avoiding the expensive pilot mistakes.

Who runs the audit?

Matthias plus a specialist from the team depending on your industry. We talk to you and your key employees, not a junior analyst copying answers from templates.

How is GDPR handled?

We sign a data processing agreement before touching data. Audit material stays with us only as long as needed (standard: 90 days after handover), then it's deleted. We can document the process upfront if you need it.

What if I implement with someone else afterwards?

Totally fine. The report is yours, the tech stack is vendor-free (open standards), you can take the report to any tech provider. We'd rather earn from good audits that get well implemented somewhere.
