Potential analysis answers *What's worth doing at all?* (audit + ROI). Strategy answers *What sequence, what budget over 12 months?* (roadmap + decision points). Many clients do potential analysis first, then strategy. You can also go straight to strategy if the AI levers are already clear.
That's why we build in decision points. Every 3-4 months there's a point where you can re-decide based on new data. The roadmap is robust against small turns and resettable on big turns.
You as decision-maker, plus at most two key people. More people dilute the workshop. If broad team involvement matters, we do it beforehand as a separate strategy sprint with the team.
Not necessarily. If you already know clearly where the levers are, we go directly into strategy. If it's still unclear, potential analysis is the better start — otherwise we build strategy on uncertain ground.
Depends on the plan. We give budget ranges per phase. Typical SMB plan: Phase 1 2-5k EUR setup, Phase 2 5-15k EUR, Phase 3 10-30k EUR, Phase 4 pure operating. Detailed calculation per block comes with the roadmap.
Optionally yes. Monthly office hours 499 EUR/mo (2h plus Slack support) or quarterly reviews 990 EUR per quarter. We check whether the plan still fits and adjust as needed.
