Does the AI reply to my customers on its own?

Only if you want it to. The default is: the system writes drafts, you approve. For clear routine cases like opening hours you can switch on auto-send. You keep control where it counts.

Do my emails stay private?

Yes. The flow runs on our EU server or your own host. Your mail does not leave the EU. You have a say in which AI model processes the text, a European one on request.

How does the system know what's urgent?

From your rules plus memory. It learns your important contacts, your typical requests and your priorities, instead of filtering blindly by keyword. That's the difference to a simple filter rule.

What if it sorts a mail wrong?

You correct it once and the system remembers. And during the learning phase everything runs as a suggestion before anything happens automatically.
