Web Design · Mallorca · Pizzeria

A pizzeria website that collects orders.

Menu always current. Orders go to you instead of 25 percent to delivery platforms. Regulars the bot recognises. Trilingual DE/EN/ES for island regulars plus German and English tourists. Built locally on Mallorca.

Live demo

This is what your pizzeria website could look like.

Meet Pizza Mario, our showcase for pizzeria web design. Mobile-first, interactive menu, Schema.org restaurant markup, AI-ready for ChatGPT and Perplexity. Click in, opens in a new tab.

What we build

A pizzeria website is not a restaurant template with a different logo.

Pizzerias work differently than restaurants. Higher order frequency, more take-away, less reservation, regulars who come back weekly, delivery platform pressure. We build the website on that reality: menu central, mobile-first because most orders come from phones, order CTA prominent instead of hidden in the menu, WhatsApp bot for guests who'd rather write than click, Schema.org restaurant markup so Google Maps and ChatGPT know your current menu plus hours plus reviews.

Three levers

COMMISSION-FREE

Orders direct instead of 25 percent to delivery platforms

Lieferando, Just Eat and similar platforms take 15 to 30 percent per order. Your own website with order flow plus a WhatsApp bot makes you independent. At 80 orders per day and 18 EUR average bill, that's several hundred euros per day that stay in your pocket.

REGULAR-MEMORY

The bot recognises Mrs Schmidt on Monday

Whoever orders the Tonno Rossa with extra cheese every Monday should be greeted like that. Our memory system stores favourite pizza, delivery address and payment method. Next time: one click, ordered. No account, no login, just phone number.

TRILINGUAL OUT-OF-BOX

DE / EN / ES from one source

Island regulars speak Spanish. Tourists from Germany and the UK read their own language. The menu translates automatically, the bot replies in the guest's language. No duplicate content to maintain, no Google-Translate flavour.

How we work

Four phases, clear handovers.

Each phase has a clear output and you opt out if it doesn't fit. No bundle contract, no hidden follow-on costs. You pay what you need.

01

1. Menu and setup

We take your current menu (photo, PDF, Word doc, doesn't matter), build it as an interactive web menu with allergen filter, vegetarian tags and image gallery. You get a simple backend to edit daily specials and prices in under two minutes.

02

2. Order flow

WhatsApp bot that takes orders, confirms them and notifies the kitchen with one click. Plus optional online ordering on the website for guests who don't use WhatsApp. Stripe or cash on delivery — you decide.

03

3. Visibility

Google Business Profile brought up to date plus Schema.org restaurant markup on the website so Maps pulls the menu plus hours directly. Plus llms.txt so ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend you as an answer to pizzeria questions.

04

4. Review loop

After each order the bot automatically sends a short WhatsApp ask for a Google review. GDPR-compliant, opt-out-safe. Pizzerias that run this active often see their monthly review count double in the first quarter.

What the website does for you

Concrete scenarios.

Order via WhatsApp

Regular Anna just writes Margherita. The bot replies: 'As usual? Delivery to Carrer de la Pau 14?' Anna types Yes. Order lands in the kitchen, Anna gets a confirmation with estimated delivery time. Three seconds, no call, no Lieferando.

Daily special live everywhere

At 11 you change the daily special in the backend. A minute later the website shows the new special, the bot knows it on the next question, and Schema.org reports the change to Google. No printer, no staff updating the chalkboard.

Reservation request on a Sunday evening

Family asks at 19:30 whether a table for four at 20:00 is free. The bot checks the calendar, confirms or suggests 20:15. You're in the kitchen and don't need to grab the phone. After confirming, the entry lands in your reservation tool.

Tourist from England finds you in ChatGPT

A British holidaymaker asks ChatGPT in English for good pizza in Palma. Our Schema.org markup plus llms.txt makes sure your pizzeria with address plus hours plus top pizza appears in the answer. Plus a direct link to your menu.

Review reminder after the order

30 minutes after delivery, the bot sends a short WhatsApp message: 'Did everything fit? A quick review helps us a lot.' With a direct link to the Google review form. Pizzerias see their star count grow without you having to ask.

Multilingual menu automatic

You maintain the menu once in Spanish. The website automatically shows DE and EN — not machine-translated rubbish but our pizzeria-specific translation with correct vocabulary (Mozzarella di Bufala stays Mozzarella di Bufala, not Buffalo cheese).
