Common questions

What you should know.

Which languages does my bot speak?

All the ones your customers speak. You fill your knowledge base in whatever language you think in — doesn't matter which. ChatGPT, Claude and Grok translate live into the customer's language. A German restaurant bot answers English questions in English, Spanish ones in Spanish. Nothing to configure — it's part of the standard.

Why only one tier?

Self-service means a clear decision. One price, one tool list, three optional extensions when you need them. Anyone who needs more (custom code, own database, individual advisory) moves to the AI Connector as the done-for-you path.

Do I need programming skills?

No. Fill text fields, toggle switches. We handle the code.

Where are the servers?

Cloudflare Workers + Durable Objects, EU edge. Data lives in your Durable Object, isolated per customer.

What happens to my data?

Knowledge base + audit log live in your own Durable Object. Encrypted connector credentials live in the Hub on Dev2 (matthiasmeyer_db). No US-cloud-provider involvement.

How do I cancel?

One click in the portal. Subscription ends at the period boundary, data is deleted after 30 days. Add-ons cancel separately.

What if I have special requirements?

Custom code, own database, multi-location setup or custom tools — that's the AI Connector. Fixed-price advisory from EUR 499 setup + EUR 99 per month, final pricing is set individually after a first call.

Does it work for agencies / resellers?

Yes, with white-label add-on. Direct contact recommended via the AI Connector path.

Can I add extensions later?

Yes. Toggle in the portal, Stripe subscription gets the additional line-item, hub re-provisions automatically.

How does the API key work?

Format werk_{slug}_{random}. Mailed once at provisioning, rotatable in the portal.
