Watches the live image and reports only what actually matters — in words, not as a motion ping.
The archive
Recent recordings become searchable. You ask "who was at the yard gate on Tuesday" and get the moment, instead of scrubbing four hours of video.
The view of paper
Invoices, delivery notes, forms, handwriting. The system reads them and turns them into data you can actually use.

It sees what happens on your monitor — useful when you would rather show than describe, or when a process needs guiding.

Frequently asked

Is this an alarm system?

No, and that is the point. An alarm system triggers when something moves. This system describes what happened — as a readable chronicle. For a monitored intruder alarm, a security company is the right contact, not us.

Where do the camera images end up?

In a local build they stay on the machine at your place and are analysed there — the most data-sparing form. If a cloud model makes sense for particular tasks, we tell you beforehand what goes out, and you decide.

Am I allowed to just film?

Not everywhere and not everyone. Where staff, neighbours or customers can appear on camera, rules apply and often co-determination too. We tell you what is technically possible and where you should get legal clarification — we don't give legal advice.

Do I need new cameras?

Usually not. Existing cameras can often be connected. Whether yours are among them we can see in the intro call.
