# AI that doesn't just answer, but gets something done.

Business process automation means: whatever comes up every week runs without you. A chat window waits for you to ask. An agent works while you do something else: it gathers the information, checks it against several sources, writes up the result and speaks up when something looks off. Some processes should run exactly the same every time, others should decide for themselves. Both belong here.

What they do

## Work an agent can take over

Everything here describes kinds of tasks, not finished products. What makes sense for you depends on your day.

Research and gather

Not one search, but several sources in parallel, checked against each other and condensed into an answer with evidence.

Watch and report back

An agent can look regularly, at numbers, inboxes, pages and deadlines, and only speak up when something deviates.

Prepare instead of retype

Quotes, draft replies, reports, summaries. You read and decide instead of starting from zero.

Run fixed processes reliably

Intake, routing, filing, invoicing, reminders. Things that should always run the same way then actually do.

Remember

An agent with memory still knows on the next run what happened last time, instead of starting over every time.

Ask back instead of guessing

Where something is unclear or delicate, the agent stops and puts it in front of you. That is a setting, not a weakness.

Where it pays off

## Three typical reasons

### Recurring work nobody enjoys

Everything that comes up the same way every week and still costs concentration.

### Things that are easy to miss

Deadlines, anomalies, processes that quietly stopped. An agent looks regularly more reliably than a person with a full day.

### Work that needs depth

Research that goes beyond the first page of results: several sources, cross-checked, with evidence.

Delivery

## How such an agent reaches you

1. 01

    ### We look at the task

What exactly should be taken over, how does it work today, how do you know it went well. Without that, any agent becomes arbitrary.

2. 02

    ### Scope and access

Which systems may it touch, which access does it need, what may it do without asking. We define that together before anything is built.

3. 03

    ### Set up and test on real cases

We run it on real work and adjust until the output is usable. Not demo data, your cases.

4. 04

    ### Handover, then it runs

You are shown how to start it, stop it and correct it. We stay on for adjustments.

### Own models

The fourth pillar next door: an open model that has learned how one business works. An agent system executes; your own model knows how the work is done at your place.

FAQ

## Frequently asked

What is business process automation?

Business process automation means a recurring workflow in your company runs without you touching it. A request comes in, gets filed, routed and answered without anyone passing it along by hand. Classically a fixed set of rules does that: same path every time, same result. AI adds a step that wasn't possible before, because someone had to read and judge what an email said or what a document was about. The practical difference day to day: not the big overhaul, but two or three workflows that used to cost time every week and now don't.

What is the difference between automation and an agent?

An automation does exactly the same thing every time, reliable and boring, exactly right for processes that should never deviate. An agent decides for itself what step to take next, and so copes with cases nobody thought through in advance. Often the best solution is a mix: a fixed process on the outside, an agent at the point where judgement is needed.

Does the agent just run off and do things?

Only as far as you want it to. For every step we define whether it may act alone or has to present first. Anything that goes outside or moves money is held back by default. You can tighten or loosen that at any time.

Aren't agents just ChatGPT under another name?

The difference is tools and memory. A chat window answers from what it currently knows. An agent calls services, pulls data from several sources, keeps intermediate state and works across multiple steps. A research agent that queries several search services in parallel and cross-checks the results turns up material a single chat answer does not deliver.

Can I get agents as a ready-made package?

Not at the moment. An agent system lives on the ongoing work behind it, and that is hard to put in a fixed box. So we build it as part of a project, tailored to your processes. Individual agents for one clearly defined job are in the works.

What does it cost?

That depends on how many processes are involved and how many systems have to be connected. We give a concrete quote after the intro call.

## Which task annoys you every week?

Name one recurring job from your day. We'll tell you honestly whether an agent is worth it or whether a simple fixed process is enough.

When an AI system grows, everyone thinks more agents. The real jump is a layer above them: assignments, done-criteria, and results checked against evidence.
