Growth · Google Ads

# The right page first. Then paid clicks.

We plan and manage Google search campaigns for businesses where offer, landing page and measurement fit together. If that foundation is missing, we do not invest in ads right away. We first build the destination that makes a click worth paying for.

Because more traffic does not make an unclear website better. It only shows faster what is not working yet.

After the click

## Google Ads do not start in the ads account.

An ad can reach the right person at the right moment. But whether that turns into an inquiry is decided on the page behind it.

Anyone searching for a specific service and sent to a general homepage has to piece the right answer together themselves. At that point, the click has already been paid for.

That is why we treat ad and landing page as one unit:

- The search shows what the person needs right now.
- The ad makes a concrete promise.
- The landing page has to deliver exactly that promise.
- The contact route has to be simple and trustworthy.
- Measurement has to show whether a relevant action happened.

If one part of this chain is missing, the bid is not raised automatically. The cause gets clarified first.

Using budget sensibly

## Foundation → landing page → tracking → campaign → optimization

1. ### Check offer and demand

We clarify which service should be advertised, in which region real demand exists and what a suitable inquiry is worth to your business.

2. ### Prepare the landing page

We check whether the advertised service has its own fast, clear page. It has to work on mobile, build trust, answer the most important questions and offer a clear next step.

3. ### Measure conversions

A form, a call, an appointment, the start of a booking or a purchase is defined as the goal before the campaign starts. We set up measurement to suit the website and the consent requirements, and we say openly where technical or legal limits can make the data incomplete.

4. ### Build the search campaign

We structure keywords, ads, regions, time periods and exclusions along the actual services. At the start we concentrate on searches with buying intent instead of opening as many ad formats as possible at once.

5. ### Optimize with real results

We check search terms, ads, landing pages, costs and conversions. Good data leads to clear changes: excluding unsuitable searches, sharpening copy, shifting budgets or improving the landing page.

Google Search Ads

## One clearly defined campaign instead of an account full of activity.

Depending on the project, management can include:

- checking offer, demand and whether a campaign suits it
- keyword and search intent analysis
- planning the campaign and ad group structure
- Google Search Ads for specific services
- regional and language targeting
- ad copy and assets
- negative keywords and search term reviews
- aligning or creating suitable landing pages
- conversion tracking for agreed goals
- checking forms and contact routes
- budget and bid management
- ongoing ad and landing page optimization
- a clear evaluation of costs and results
- recommendations based on actual searches

Further campaign types are only added when there is a clear reason and enough data for them. More campaigns do not automatically mean more impact.

No selling of clicks

## We do not optimize for activity when the business goal is missing.

We do not start a campaign just so an ads account is running. That includes:

- no ads pointing to an unsuitable general homepage
- no artificially broad keyword list for more clicks
- no mixing of ad budget and management fee
- no hiding of incomplete tracking data
- no fixed guarantees for inquiries, revenue or return on ad spend
- no continuing a campaign when offer and demand clearly do not fit

If the right decision is to invest the budget in a better landing page first, we say so before the first paid click.

One goal per intent

## One page for everything is rarely a good ad page.

People click on ads because they are looking for something specific right now. A good landing page answers exactly that one intent:

- Am I in the right place for this service?
- Does the offer fit my case or my region?
- Why can I trust this business?
- What does it cost, or how do I get a concrete quote?
- What is the next simple step?

The page does not have to be short. It has to be clear. Relevant information, a good mobile display, fast loading and a working contact route matter more than an aggressive sales trick.

If a suitable landing page is missing, StudioMeyer can build it as part of preparing the campaign. With existing websites we first check whether the current system is suitable for it.

An inquiry does not end at the form

## We need feedback on which inquiries really fit.

Google can measure that a form was sent or a phone number was tapped. It does not automatically know whether that became a suitable customer.

For economical optimization we therefore need simple feedback:

- Was the inquiry genuine?
- Did it match the advertised service?
- Did a conversation or appointment come about?
- Did region, budget and need fit?
- Did it lead to a quote or an order?

This feedback can be very simple at first. What matters is not optimizing for as many forms as possible when the quality behind them is poor.

Kept transparently separate

## Your ad budget is not our fee.

The ad budget goes directly to Google and stays traceable in your ads account. Setup, management, landing page work and other technical services are listed separately in the quote.

Before the start we discuss whether the planned budget can produce enough meaningful data in your region and industry at all. If the budget is not realistic for the expected click prices and the business goal, we do not recommend a campaign that only produces results too thin to rely on.

Reaching existing demand

## Worth it when people are already searching specifically for your offer.

Google Search Ads are particularly suitable when:

- your offer is clearly defined
- a search shows a recognizable intent to buy or get in touch
- a new customer has a high enough value
- you can answer inquiries promptly
- a suitable landing page exists or can be built
- you plan ad budget and optimization time realistically
- you can give feedback on the quality of the inquiries

We tend to advise against it when the offer is still unclear, there is practically no active search demand, the contact process does not work, or a single new customer leaves hardly any economic room for advertising costs.

Not either-or

## Ads deliver data quickly. Good pages keep working afterwards.

Google Ads can show within a short time what people really search for and which messages make them click. The SEO service builds organic visibility more slowly, but it keeps working even when no ad budget is being spent.

The two areas can complement each other:

- Ads test demand with buying intent and messages.
- Landing pages answer that demand concretely.
- Search terms provide ideas for lasting content.
- Organic pages reduce dependence on paid clicks.
- Conversion data helps both channels.

We only recommend the combination when both parts have a clear purpose. Not because a complete marketing package looks bigger.

## Frequently asked questions

Can you simply run ads to my existing website?

Technically, usually yes. But first we check whether there is a suitable landing page, a working contact route and sensible measurement. If the foundation is missing, we recommend the corresponding improvements first.

Why don't you just send the ads to the homepage?

A homepage has to explain several target groups and services. An ad comes from a specific search intent. Its own landing page can answer exactly that question and make the next step clear. That is easier for visitors to understand and gives the campaign a better foundation.

How big does my ad budget need to be?

That depends on industry, region, competition, expected click prices and the value of an inquiry. That is why we do not give one blanket amount for every business. Before the start we check whether the planned budget is enough to collect reliable data at all.

Are your costs included in the Google budget?

No. The ad budget is billed directly through your Google Ads account. Our setup, ongoing management and any landing page work are offered separately and transparently.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

The account and the campaign data should stay under your control. StudioMeyer gets the permissions needed for setup and management. You keep access and can follow the development at any time.

Do you guarantee a certain number of leads?

No. We can influence the campaign, landing page, measurement and optimization. Search volume, competition, market, offer and a potential customer's decision are not fully in our hands. That is why we do not promise a fixed number of leads or a fixed revenue.

When will I see first results?

An approved search campaign can deliver first click and search term data quickly. For reliable optimization, though, we need enough conversions, and that usually takes more time. How long exactly depends heavily on search volume, budget and closing rate.

Do you do SEO as well?

Yes, as a separate Growth service. Search terms and landing page data from ads can help prioritize organic topics. Conversely, good organic pages improve the foundation for paid campaigns. But you do not automatically have to book both services.

What happens if the campaign does not become economical?

Then we do not automatically look for a bigger budget. We check searches, ads, landing page, tracking and lead quality. If it turns out that demand, costs and business value do not fit, ending or pausing the campaign is a sensible business decision.

Before the first click

## Let's check whether Google Ads already makes sense for your offer.

We look at your offer, search demand, landing page, region and measurement. After that you get an honest assessment: start the campaign, improve the landing page first, or invest the budget in a different channel.
